We were delighted to learn of the renewal of our ISO 9001:2015 certification following the audit carried out by the LNE (Laboratoire National de Métrologie et d’Essais) on June 5 and 6.
In conclusion, our management system is still adapted to the company’s activities and able to meet customer requirements and expectations in compliance with current requirements.
But what is the purpose of this certification? What are these requirements?
- To assess the conformity of the management system with the requirements of the quality standards;
- Evaluate the implementation and review the effectiveness of the management system in its entirety, taking into account any changes that have occurred, as well as its ongoing relevance and applicability with regard to the scope of certification, and in particular its ability to ensure compliance with applicable legal, regulatory and contractual requirements, and to ensure the achievement of set objectives and expected results.
- Review evidence of commitment to maintaining the effectiveness and improvement of the management system in order to enhance overall performance;
- Identify areas for improvement in the management system.
